You often see television shows with cops busting through the front door to arrest some perp, but you probably never think about the aftermath: broken door frames. One of my clients owns an investment rental property, and the police recently took her previous tenant into custody. Apparently they had to break through the front door in order to get to him.
After he was gone, my client needed to get the door frame fixed so the new tenant could be safe in his home. Luckily this damage isn't as bad as it appears, and I was able to fix it in a jiffy:
